Without such consent, we are unable to provide treatment. It is important for you to understand that you also have the right to refuse services or products at any time. It is your responsibility to remain under the supervision fo your physician. In addition, you should review your care plan and agree with your physician's plan of treatment. Pro-Tech Medical cannot be held liable for any act or omission when following the instructions of your physician.
