Pro-Tech Medical Opens New CPAP Clinic in Shelbyville, TN

On Wednesday, August 5th, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., Pro-Tech Medical will host an Open House for their new CPAP Clinic. The CPAP Clinic is a new venture for Pro-Tech Medical to provide a local place for customers needing or who already have CPAP equipment and/or supplies.

CPAP equipment is typically prescribed to remedy sleep apnea. A person needing a CPAP machine will usually go through the steps of meeting with a physician, attending an overnight sleep study, and working with an RT to determine the appropriate machine and supplies. Once set up with their equipment, the RT will monitor compliance and be available for consultation.

The CPAP Clinic will provide those people in the local Bedford and surrounding counties a trusted resource for sleep therapy equipment.

As part of the Open House, Pro-Tech Medical is inviting people to bring their equipment in for a complimentary cleaning and inspection. Once there, a general Sleep Screening test will be available for those suspecting that they might be a candidate for sleep therapy. Door prizes will be given away throughout the day.

Donnie Springer, RRT, will be available for consultation on respiratory issues, sleep therapy equipment, and to meet current and future customers.
